Refund & Return Policy

At Batemans Bay Nut Roasting Company, we pride ourselves on the quality of our freshly roasted nuts. Please choose carefully, as we cook and pack to order.

1. Change of Mind & Incorrect Orders Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase. Because our products are perishable food items, we do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind or individual taste preferences.

  • Dietary requirement changes after ordering.

  • Incorrect products ordered by the customer.

2. Incorrect Items Sent by Us If we have accidentally supplied an incorrect product, please notify us via email at info@baynuts.com.au within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must remain unopened, sealed, and intact.

  • Once verified, we will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you at no additional cost and provide instructions for the return of the incorrect item (at our expense).

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Expired Items Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, has exceeded its use-by date upon receipt, or is faulty in some way, we will gladly replace the product at no additional cost or offer a full refund.

  • Please contact us at info@baynuts.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

4. Return Address Approved returns should be sent to: Shop 8 CitiCentre Arcade, 10 Orient Street, Batemans Bay, NSW 2536 (Please do not mail items back to us without contacting our team first).
